At Moove, we bring top-level sports science into everyday life. Our goal is to empower people to train with the same tools pro coaches use—without the guesswork. No more myths about random sets and reps, no more guessing weights, no more cardio done wrong on uncalibrated watches.

We also want to push back against the sea of fitness apps that confuse sweat with progress, throw incorrect exercises at you just to keep you entertained. We tested loads of them and saw few of our friends and family falling into the trap.
